The Rules of Netball

At INF Congress 2015 new Rules were approved forinf_netball_rules_2016_cover implementation in International Matches from 1st January 2016.

At INF Congress 2017 updated Rules were approved for implementation in International Matches from 1st January 2018.  An updated rule book will be available to purchase but please click here to download the 2016 Rule Supplement in English

The INF Rules Advisory Panel (RAP) will continue to review the implementation of the rules to understand if any further changes need to be considered.

Rules of Fast5 Netball

INF’s 5-a-side format of the sport with opportunities to score 1, 2 or 3 Goal Points from each shot, Fast5 was launched 2012. The INF Fast5 Rules have been adapted in line with the INF Rules of Netball 2016.
